Ayer finalizaba PARIS FASHION WEEK.  Aunque puede que muchos me discutan esto, para mí la semana de la moda de París es “la reina madre” de todas. Desde España, hemos puesto mucha atención en el desfile de Amaya Arzuaga, ya consolidada entre las firmas que habitualmente desfilan en París. Repasemos lo más destacado.

PARIOS FASHION WEEK ended up yesterday. This is the QUEEN of FASHION WEEKS by my point of view. It might be always the last one for proper reason. Also, it has been longest one. It has been held from the 28^th of Feb to the 7^th of March. Many prestigious designers have chosen this fashion week to launch their new collections. Designers such as Balmain, Isabel Marant, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Elie Saab o Loewe. From Spain we have paid attention to the Amaya Arzuaga’s fashion show, a Spanish firm that usually it's on Paris fashion week. Let's sum up the most otustanding issues.

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER con prendas de estilo ochentero. LOEWE coleción sobria y elegante en la que el curo cobra protagonismo.

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER Inispired in the '80. LOEWE an elegant collection with leather as the main star.

CHRISTIAN DIOR se toma con calma anunciar el sucesor de Galliano pero como se dice en el mundo del arte : "THE SHOW MUST GO ON". Dior apuesta por una mujer femenina pero recatada.  Mientras BALMAIN apuesta por los tonos negro, crema y azules. CHRISTIAN DIOR firm is taking so much time to let us know who will succeed John Gallliano, meanwhile Dior pledge for a feminine but modest woman. BALMAIN pledge for black, cream and blue colours.

THIERRY MUGLER, diseñador de Gaga, sigue creando expectación. No ha decepcionado con una colección escultórica en la que el blanco y el negro dominan toda la colección. BALENCIGA ha cambiado sorprendentemente de estilo. Con sudaderas de Star Trek, asimetrías y con una variada paleta cromática. THIERRY MUGLER, Gaga's designer, keeps creating expectation. He hasnt dissapoint us with a sculptural collection. BALENCIAGA has changed a lot from its begginings. This collection includes Star Trek seweatshirt.

ISABEL MARANT empieza a ser como ver lo que vendrá en INDITEX. Pues la empresa de ZARA refleja varios clones de sus creaciones para bolsillos low cost. El estilo cowboy y burdeos seguirán en el próximo otoño. Y por fin la gran experada, AMAYA ARZUAGA, nuestra española en París, optó por tonos oscuros en una colección cubista que mezcla texturas de lana. ISABEL MARANT is probably what you will see on ZARA. The INDITEX empire has cloned many of her desgins but for low cost pockets. And we all were expecting for AMAYA ARZUAGA, our spanish in Paris. She pledges for dark colours and a cubist collection.

Atrás quedó la elegancia y el romanticismo como sello único de París. La moda parisina la podemos definir como CONTRASTE. Así, finaliza la PRIMERA temporada de pasarelas 2012/13. Tendremos que esperar a Octubre para descubrir lo que se lleva. Aunque yo creo que con lo que tú te sientas bien, eso es lo que está de MODA. No lo dudes !

The romanticism and elegancy is now behind us as a Paris hallmark. The parisian fashion we can define as CONTRAST. Here it ends up the FIRST fashion shows 2012/13. We have to wait until next October to find out what is trendy. Altought, I believe that whatever makes you feel good it's what it really is all the rage. No doubt it !
