Esfuerzo. Dedicación. Empeño. Y muchas HORAS de TRABAJO. Son muchas personas las que trabajan con perseverancia en una colección antes de lanzarla al mercado.  DAVID DELFÍN siempre impregna un sello particular en  cada una de sus colecciones. En ésta llamada "KATHARSIS", soprende con su propuesta MULTICOLOR para la primavera del 2012. Colores vivos sobre bases blancas. No tengo duda que no dejará de sorprendernos.

Effort. Dedication. Determination. And lots of work hours. There are many people that work very hard in a fashion collection before they launch it. DAVID DELFÍN always leaves a hallmark in any of his collections. In last one called "KATHARSIS", he surpises us with MULTICOLOR  collection for the Spring 2012. I have no doubt that he will keep surprising us.

SU VIDA

David Delfín nación en RONDA, Málaga, aunque se crió en Marbella hasta los 18 años. Creó su marca en el año 2011 junto a Bimba Bosé y los hermanos Postigo. A partir de este momento, comenzaría a presentar su colección en las grandes pasarelas. Saltó a primera plana en el año 2002 con su colección inspirada en el pintor Magritte y el director de cine Luis Buñuel. Presentó a las modelos con la cara tapada con capuchas a modo de burkas y sogas de horca al cuello. Esto desató una gran polémica por la coincidencia con la guerra de Afganistán contra el régimen de los talibán.

Su musa es Bimba Bosé.

Ha sido declarado uno de los 25 hombres gays más influyentes de España por el periódico “El mundo”.

                                   HIS LIFE

David Delfín was born in a village called RONDA, MÁLAGA. He was raised in Marbella though until he turns 18 years old. He made his firm in 2001. From that time, he launches his new collection every year in Madrid and Barcelona Fashion Week. In 2002 his collection inspired in Magrite and the film director Luis Buñuel made him to be in the front of the tabloids. The models wore a burka covering their faces and a rope hanging from their necks.  It provoked a big controversy because there was going on the Afghanistan war against the Taliban regimen.

His muse is Bimba Bosé.

He is considered one of 25 gay men more important in Spain by the newspaper “El mundo”.
